Another issue I encountered was with the young girl who assisted me. When I arrived, she took my name and went to check on my order. She mentioned I was early in a rather unfriendly manner. I was aware that I was early; however, when you order online, you don’t receive an estimated wait time until about five minutes after placing the order. I was about ten minutes early based on the one hour and twenty-minute estimate I received. I just wanted to see if my order had been completed early. When my order was finally ready, at the expected time, the same girl placed the pizza on the counter, said, "Your order is ready," and walked away without any pleasantries. The service is exceptional, the ambiance is clean and welcoming, and as a family-run business, they truly make you feel special every time you walk in!

On February 21, 2022, I visited the restaurant to order food. I waited for over 15 minutes just for two cold sandwiches, and during that time, many customers came in and left before me. When I finally inquired about my order, I found out that it hadn't even been prepared. I mention this not to highlight race, but it was noticeable that I was the only black patron there. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, the staff member finally made my food and apologized for the delay.

Food is very good. My family frequents takeout from Anthony's and are always satisfied. Haven't sat inside yet, only had takeaway but the experience with service has been fine. Nothing special but food is always ready on time.
