I recently revisited Blackies after not having been there for about 13 years. We were on our way home from Costco, and my daughter was craving a hot dog, so we decided to stop by. I ordered two hotdogs and a cheeseburger to go while my wife and son waited in the car. Initially, I was happy to wait, but what followed was frustrating. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes for our food, and during that time, I watched multiple customers who arrived after us receive their orders—stacks of hotdogs and cheeseburgers—from the kitchen window. Place is truly great .When you ask yourself why a simple burger or dog should taste so good ,it's because at Blackies,freshness always is a priority. The dogs are griddled to crisp perfection,the bun,fresh and steamed,and the best hot relish When you visit other establishments a burger is usually lower quality meat on an oversized roll. Not at Blackies.Their burgers fried to perfection are made using only the freshest higher grade beef. Sometimes in life you'll pay a little extra to get a great product or service; at Blackies I don't mind the bill,the quality speaks for itself. The only sad thing is they're closed on Fridays

Came here for the first time for lunch. Hotdogs were great and service was excellent. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is perfect. It’s cash only. More old school but it’s simple. Will return again whenever I’m in the area

This unassuming open air stand serves basic hot dogs, hamburgers, and ice cream. I just had the absolute best hot dog of my entire life. The brown mustard and hot homemade relish were perfection. Cash only. Réservez une table maintenant

Deep fried hot dogs with homemade mustard and pepper relish. Did I mention on tap birch beer? They have that do. If a box is going to concentrate on a signature dish Blackies has it down to a science.

Went today for the first time got 2 hotdogs and they were amazing especially that hot pepper relish. Thank you for trusting me to go grab cash down the street and come back to pay. I appreciate it

Stop by for a historic wiener with their tangy salsa verde esque relish and a birch beer! Takes all of $5 and 5 minutes. Absolutely worth a stop if nearby or on 84.

Hot dog was fair but ni hummerls.never been to a hot dog place that doesn't have onions or sauerkraut. I would waste my time coming back Réservez une table maintenant
