First, two members of our group requested water and never received it. When I asked a young server about it, he rudely told me that no one was getting water at the moment. He eventually brought a cup to our table, slammed it down, and walked away without giving it to the correct people. Additionally, my granddaughter had ordered chicken fingers, but the order was never placed. We had to endure a subpar buffet meal while waiting for her food. To make matters worse, when one member of our party went to pay the bill, they charged my 10-year-old granddaughter for a full adult buffet, despite the fact that she had not eaten from it. Loved every single thing we ordered! My husband and I both found it to be THE BEST that we have had in well over a decade! Called the restaurant back to let them know that as well!! We ordered a dinner for 2! Egg rolls, Ginger beef, S S chicken balls, Lemon Chicken, Mixed veggie stir fry, and Wor wonton! Fed 4 of us and everyone was quite satisfied ? This will be our NEW Chinese food favorite I think! We have also heard great things about Bamboo, but have not tried it yet! It's going to be hard to order from somewhere else after eating the Bright Pearl's Deliciousness!!? ?
