Gigi Sushi Bar Restaurant Take-Away

I go to the Horgen restaurant regularly, including with friends. With sushi, freshness and hygiene are everything with Gigi, that's perfect. The delivery service is also running very well and I'm amazed every time how the respective management, especially Anita, controls the processes in a highly professional manner and always keeps an overview. Schlechter Lieferservice haben 1h 15min auf unser Essen gewartet (angegeben waren 35min). Haben für 5 Personen bestellt, jedoch nur das Essen von 4 Personen erhalten. Auf unseren Rückruf, dass eine Portion nicht geliefert wurde, reagierte niemand. Erst als nach 5 10min jmd. den Anruf entgegen nahm, wurde die fünfte Portion geliefert. Insgesamt wurden die bestellten 5 Portionen nach 2h geliefert und das, obwohl die Entfernung „nur“ 8km beträgt. Einmal bestellt und das war auch das letzte Mal.

ich habe 21.15 uhr bestellt. Jetzt ist es 22.22 uhr, und immer noch kein essen! Es ist so schade das ihr es anscheindend nicht für nötig haltet uns unser bestelltes essen zu liefern!!!! jeder der das liesst, bestellt nicht bei GiGi es kommt nix an!!! ich warte seit 1,5 h und habe immer noch HUNGER!!!!

A fine restaurant with friendly service, but often a bit distracted by the many delivery orders. The food is excellent, especially if you eat it locally in Horgen. It would be great if there were also sushi menus with a gourmet option to fill you up. Réservez une table maintenant

suuuper tasty. The minimum order value has scared me for a long time since it is quite high for a single person. the portions of my order were so generous that I have to eat 2x something fine. I will order again!

all super and delicious. it is also a joy to get the sushis in a beautiful box when they order a plate. perfect for a birthday dinner. thanks!

The delivery was delivered more than 15 minutes late. The sauce had leaked out and there was a mess in the bag. Eat lukewarm.
