I called McDonald's at 12:01 a.m. PST and was told they had just closed, even though Google still listed them as open 24 hours. When I mentioned this to the person on the phone, they said they’ve actually been closing at midnight for a long time. I suggested they update their hours online, but the person mumbled something and hung up on me. This probably isn’t the best example of customer service, but I hope management sees this and updates their listed hours to avoid confusion.
I ordered a Big Mac, but the bun was stale. The chicken nuggets also tasted stale, as if they had been sitting in the warmer for 45 minutes—really unpleasant. The Filet-O-Fish was just okay, but still somewhat questionable. On top of that, the staff behind the counter were rude. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
The atmosphere felt very impersonal with a techno vibe, and the ordering process was frustrating as it had to be done through a machine. The staff seemed too busy to assist. I won't be returning.
This McDonald's has always delivered excellent service with hot, fresh food. Whenever there was an issue, they resolved it quickly and without any hassle. Réservez une table maintenant
The staff is very friendly, and the restrooms are clean. This is the best McDonald's I've come across in this town.
