The milk and brioche bun is toasted on the flat grill—just the way it should be. The free-range beef patty is grilled to a perfect medium rare and has a lovely crust. And don't forget the perfectly melted cheese that tops it off. Perhaps it's that special sauce that ties everything together so nicely. The burger isn't overly greasy, the bun holds up well when you take a bite, and they've got beer on tap. What more could you ask for?
Every time I have a burger here, I can't help but think how incredible it is. The patty is amazing, the cheese is perfectly melted, and if they add a slice of speck on top—wow! That's what a true burger should be. When people are looking for a great burger place in Melbourne, they always come here. The staff is professional, and the food is fresh and made with love. You have to try it; you'll thank me later!
I ordered the koks in a two-ring box, but somehow we received the regular size instead of the large one. The chips were unsalted, which left me feeling a bit annoyed. The food was cold, but that was probably because we waited a while to eat. The bacon was so thin—about 0.001mm—that it felt like I could use it to melt my teeth! I do enjoy expressing my thoughts in my writings, though.
Firstly, great name!! <br/ <br/ Secondly, Yum!!<br/ <br/ I had the mother of dragon burger, I love pickled jalapeños and never seem to be able to avoid the spicy burgers, when on offer.<br/ <br/ Great balance of spicy, sweet, juicy and meaty! Came here with friends for a catch-up and happily found a big table to accomodate the 6 of us. I had the black magic burger which was very nice. The sweet potato patty was flavoursome. My friend ordered the big boy and couldn’t finish it so I finished off that as well and again it was awesome. Will be back
